I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made all the difference during my visit. I've been sao Paulo a few times, and stay five hostels so far, here is the best one. It's clean, organized, chill, beautiful area, they have air-conditioner in the room, which is not common.

We had an amazing experience with this host! Due to a mistake on our part, we originally booked a room for three adults instead of four adults and one child. The host contacted us promptly, was incredibly understanding, and went above and beyond to help us find a more suitable room within the same property at no extra cost. Immaculate room, very clean down to the detail of a new sponge in the kitchen for our stay. VERY comfortable bed and great pressure in the shower. Location was great, very close to everything you need like shops, stadium, parks and train station. Self check in and automated door code made it very easy to arrive late.
