I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made all the difference during my visit. The breakfast deserves special mention: varied, well-prepared, and with fresh products, providing a great start to the day. The staff is very friendly, the location is excellent, close to shopping center and restaurants, the hotel is very clean and the breakfast has lots of varieties. It was an excellent stay and we will come back to stay in this hotel again soon.

I had the best stay of my life at New Point in São Paulo. Everything was super clean, the breakfast for one person was more than enough and always on time and delicious. The staff were absolutely amazing, so kind, respectful, smiling, warm and welcoming. I honestly have nothing negative to say. Leaving was really sad because everyone there was so genuinely nice. Thank you for making my stay unforgettable !!

Everything was GREAT! The room is lovely and super comfortable, the shower is amazing, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Specially the scrambled eggs! Also the staff was super nice, and the snacks at the reception were a total blessing. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to Sao Paulo.

The rooms were large, and the shower was fully enclosed, so no water was leaking out. The washroom also had a bidet situation which was nice. The staff was lovely. They were super helpful with restaurant recommendations, how to get around, and how to stay safe. They have good security at night. Great location, there was a small pharmacy and quite a few spots to eat nearby. Its also nearby the japanese area. The pool was also nice, overall an amazing stay, and would absolutely come again.

Breakfast was perfect, everything you want. They even ask you if you want more (scrambled) eggs. I would surely recommend this hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. The location is perfect, you have a Metro-station very closeby.

Friendly, warm, and accommodating hosts who even stayed up to let me in as my flight got in at 5am. Very clean accommodation. I would stay again. Good location near the metro and can walk to almost all places of interest. Close to shops, cafe/restaurants.
