The staff was awesome! It starts with Mr. Carlos Makato. The manager of the staff. Honestly, he should be the hotel manager! Together with his team Amanda, Eduardo, Heloisa, Westley ( in alphabetical order @ reception) Solange, Cassie keep the place spotless. The 4 people that take care of the rooms I believe lead by Bete. The hotel is new! The exercise room and swimming pool are great. location is great. You can reserve the executive room if you want. Secure location. Subway and Mall nearby.
