The ease of checking in at any time. There were no staff onsite however I still felt supported and welcomed. The room was very well equipped and with modern technology too. Great location as well in old Montreal! Really impressed with the whole experience.

The staff were just phenomenal. We arrived early and they organised to have us into the room in no time, coffee and tea while we waited. They were all very helpful with the baby. Just really very friendly and helpful all round.

Staff were welcoming, professional and attentive. Housekeeping staff deserve a special mention for attention to detail and quality of service.
Hotel is in a fantastic location central to old montreal but we still had a quiet room. Everything was spotlessly clean. Would recommend and would stay again!
