Absolutely everything! Staff were fantastic when we arrived at 1am, gave us an upgrade to the high floors with an incredible view of Niagara Falls! We stayed room 2127 on the 21st floor. Rooms are beautiful, big and clean. Bathroom was also a great size, very clean and had a jacuzzi. Would definitely stay again!

I couldn't imagine anything better. Even if room was empty this view!!!! It was worth a million. We just couldn't get enough of that. In fact it was best viewed out of all options we found there.
Staff was friendly and nice. Beds were very comfy. This place was just the best!!

Had a room in the 28th floor with perfect view. Expensive comparing to other hotels but the view was valuable and so it was ok. Comfortable beds.
