The view, the cleanliness, the staff were great! All those reviews you read of Scott being great at his job are all true! As well as all the other staff we met, really nice folks you have working there. The room was spotless, I even dropped the soap into the corner of the floor under the sink, fully expecting to be repulsed....nope, all good!!! Great housekeeping! Also, really good showers! I will be back 10000%

Absolutely everything! Staff were fantastic when we arrived at 1am, gave us an upgrade to the high floors with an incredible view of Niagara Falls! We stayed room 2127 on the 21st floor. Rooms are beautiful, big and clean. Bathroom was also a great size, very clean and had a jacuzzi. Would definitely stay again!

Receptionist- We arrived three hours before check-in and it was snowing heavily outside, the receptionist was nice enough to let us check-in early.
Location- Restaurants and attractions are within walking distance.
Room- room was very spacious and clean.
