Great location with a fun little rooftop pool and a lively, social vibe. But the most remarkable is the staff! Robin at concierge was amazing—so helpful with everything we needed, always going above and beyond. Tom at reception was also fantastic, always friendly and nothing was ever too much.
I work in hospitality and can say the service here is truly outstanding, not just good. The whole team is professional, kind, and welcoming.
I’d highly recommend this hotel and look forward to seeing this new brand grow!

One of the best experiences in a hotel. Super stylish. Great rooms with super comfortable beds and all new and perfect set up with love to detail. The location is amazing Spadina and Queen/King. Super friendly staff and always happy to help with excursions, driver, etc.. Food at Alder and the Rooftop were extraordinary. My fifth hotel I was staying in Toronto and the best so far.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the Union Station with quick connection to the airport as well as to various attractions in walking diistance. Our room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff nice. Breakfast was not included in the price however it was worth the additional money we paid. I do recommend trying Burcher musli and shakchuka - excellent!

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff were excellent. A special mention to the concierge Steven, he was so professional and helpful. So good at his job and just the person everyone needs to meet on their holiday especially when travelling abroad.
Cannot forget Conor from Ireland, a lovely lad.
