Apartment was huge, clean, with absolutely stunning views. Perfect for family with lots of separate spaces to hang out. The balcony and bath tub overlooking the city were bonuses. Premium double garage. Had been a little reluctant to book as the property only had 2 reviews at the time, however, very glad we did, it exceeded expectations. Good value, in the heart of Gastown.

Property was great, check in easy. Really spacious and roof top is very nice addition. Easy to get around on foot and on public transport.

The staff is really helpfull and friendly. You're in a perfect location to get food, drinks and do some shopping. It's close to the steamclock and the seabus to north Vancouver.

The customer service of this hotel is top notch. Gym is spacious with everything you need for a nice workout. There is an Illy coffee machine in the room and good quality toiletries. There is also a very nice onsite restaurant aside from others that are within the vicinity. The location is perfect, walking distance to a lot of tourist destinations, restaurants, money exchange, shopping center. This hotel is one reason I would go back to Vancouver.

The room was very nice. The location was ideal on Robson street. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna also. The reception and concierge were very nice and helpful with the parking and finding restaurants.
