This is just about the most perfect place to stay in Basel that I can think of. From a very friendly contact to a really clean appartment to an incredibly nice and romantic location (while still very centrally located), it has it all, even direct views of the Rhine and the Münster. I can imagine that during summer the street on the bedroom side is less quiet than in winter (actually it's probably quite lively!), but I'd put that as a positive, TBH.

Everything is modern, well thought out and extremely comfortable. It probably has the best views of any place in Basel being right on the Rhine with the rooftop terrace being an amazing place to relax and watch the sunset. The whole place was very comfortable and wish I could have stayed longer

Great Location, central & convenient for the Altstadt & Christmas markets, as well as a gig at Kaserne. Lovely and attentive staff, nice room, lovely period features in the hallways (Kachelöfen :))
