The property has three very spacious bedrooms, a generous sized (well equipped) kitchen, and a private outdoor terrace. The bathroom is a little small, but perfectly functional. The hosts provided an excellent check in document and were very friendly and responsive when there was a minor issue with the check in. The property is well located for access to the centre of Basel with a tram stop just a few seconds down the road. My friends and I also enjoyed the eclectic collection of lamps.

I had a great stay at Silo Design & Boutique Hostel Basel. The hostel is located in a former silo building that has been renovated and transformed into a modern and stylish accommodation - one of the most stylish and nicest accommodation that I have ever experienced! We shared the room (4bed dorms) with 2 other people, everything was super clean - even the shared bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty. The hostel is close to the tram station and the city center (you can easily walk there), so it was easy to explore Basel and its attractions. I would highly recommend Silo Design & Boutique Hostel Basel to anyone looking for a unique and affordable stay in Basel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent—just a short 2-minute walk to buses and trams, and the railway is also easy to access, making access to Basel town very easy. This is an excellent place to base yourself and explore Basel. The staff were outstanding... professional,friendly and helpful. They provided tips about where to go and how to get there. The room was immaculate. They are small, but perfectly formed to provide everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay. Breakfast was enjoyable and the garden area perfect for relaxing.
