The hotel is very close to the main train stations, about 10 min by bus. The bus station is in front of the hotel. We loved our stay here, it was quiet, the room was cleaned every single day. The kichen was very well equiped with utensils, the fridge was spacious. We had an extra requirement which was kindly met by the hotel. Even if there is self check in, it is an easy process. There isn t a reception but there are employee there for assistance. The bed was comfortable. The price was fair for the provided conditions and the prices in Bern. The neighborhood was quiet and rather safe. Would definitely come back.

Rooms very clean and spacious, staff very friendly, easily reachable from the main train station with a bus within a few minutes (don't make a mistake like us to already buy several bern tickets - our stay entitled us to a Bern Ticket from the hotel), WiFi worked perfectly, nice kitchen with a fridge, enough closets. Great communication with the hotel also before the journey.

My family and I we had a lovely stay at the hotel, the facilities are really nice, we especially appreciated the lovely garden/patio, a very pleasant space to enjoy the nice weather and have a cup of coffee. The hotel is not that close to the Old Town, in our case since it was rather hot and we were with senior people we uber there, easy and not too expensive, but you can easily walk since is not more than 20 minutes away. Breakfast was OK, not too many options in terms of hot food but it does.the job. Nothing really to complain about La Pergola, we would come back for sure!
