The location of the hotel is just great. It is connected very well with the center of the city or airport, a couple of main lines of bus and tram are just in front of it. Rooms are aesthetically pleasing and very functional. The kitchen is equipment stocked and a good addition. The lounge on the 9th floor is tailored to suit anybody's spare time from books to pool table. And last, a toy crossbow was a surprise bonus :)(and too addicting)

Absolutely stunning hotel with excellent staff, 9/10 for attention to detail. The only Hotels I've stayed that would be better would be some of the five-star hotels in the big chains like the Ritz-Carlton group, but in Switzerland and this time of year you'd be talking multiples of the price we paid to stay here. Genuinely brilliant boutique Hotel. Location was probably the best of any city stay hotel I've been to. Thanks to Tom especially for his help with booking tickets etc. Hotel restaurant was also a genuine treat with the traditional Swiss Fare explained by good waiting staff. Well worth booking for your first night in my opinion.
