Everything was perfect, I could not have imagined a better experience. The staff, the room, the facilities, everything. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. In my room I especially loved the kitchen, it was very well equipped and spotless, as was entire apartment. Bed was cozy, lots of pillows. Bathroom and main room spacious. AC worked really well and was much needed. I loved having the gym and the laundry room. Bedroom very quiet, bathroom felt luxurious.

Really nice location, apartment well equipped . Hadn't realised Switzerland was a different electrical system to the rest of Europe, so our adapters didn't work in normal sockets. There were several which did, however and a universal adapter was available in the property. The owner was quick to respond to questions

It’s the best location on the lake. People are very professional and helpful and make you feel like home. Breakfast was delicious and place of breakfast was very convenient. Service is always available and management were very helpful to resolve our issue when our flight was cancelled and they were able to accommodate us for an extra night with same rate despite the hotel been very busy and fully booked. We were also offered an upgrade with a discount in the best room with a beautiful view on the lake.
