The hotel is located in the very center and, importantly for travelers, next to the railway station. Even with ski equipment and covers, it is easy to walk in 5-7 minutes. Specially Sebastian (check in) , Carolina (?) from Colombia helped me with restaurant booking and a very nice young lady who worked until 14:47 on Thursday 27 November whose name unfortunately I forgot now. She did my check out.
