Absolutely AMAZING value for money - especially for Geneva and this part of Europe!! Located in a very central location the property is clearly an older building which has been refurbished to a very high standard. Room very comfortable and super clean. Shared bathroom which is kept meticulously clean by the host. Overall very comfortable, quiet and safe. The check in process was very simple and gaining access to the flat was super easy. Safe and secure room and local area - There is no lift because it’s clearly a historic building near to the old town and would be impossible to install one.. it’s not that much of an effort to get to the room anyway!! Genuinely loved the location - will most certainly, without a doubt will book this place again next time!

The location is fabulous, with lots of nice cafes nearby and an easy walk from the centre. The room, though not fancy, was lovely and cosy and had a great feel about it.
The 4-star superior Hotel Bristol is situated in the centre of Geneva, facing the quiet Mont Blanc Square and only at a few steps away from the lake and the main train station.

Exceptional hotel and attitude. Amazing staff, in particular the reception people, extremely helpful, finding solutions for every single situation. The hotel is very clean, nice and cosy rooms. There’s a nice bar with live music, go for a cocktail 😊. Great location. We had to go back to Geneva a week later and stayed here again. Best decision ever. Choose Bristol and enjoy.

The location was perfect … the tram stop was right outside the front door, providing us with very easy transportation. All the staff … including Madeline, Sergei, Ava & Hassan were absolutely AMAZING‼️. They were extremely helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. We felt like we had our own personal travel agents. We loved everything about the hotel concept and the fact that we felt so at home during our stay! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Stay Kooook, Servette Street, Geneva to everyone who is looking for accommodations in Geneva!
