Rooms- clean and comfortable loved the breakfast - lot of options eggs, sausages, hash browns, bacon, beans,salad, fruits, different type of breads, waffles, pan cakes, crepes ,dry fruits, juices, different type of cereals and many more. Tea/ coffee available 24 hours at the lobby. Staff - very nice. Always ready to help.

Very clean, very comfortable room. It was great that there was a kitchen in the room together with a dishwasher and all needed equipment for cooking. Another great feature is a common area with a terrace at the top level where you can have coffee or tea. The location was good, not too far away from city centre and there is a transport stop right across the entrance.

The location was perfect, the hotel is located in old town and only 2 minutes away to the main street by walking. The staff is really nice always smiling and helping at all matters, also we loved the breakfast even though it was tiny surprisingly they had everything for a good breakfast and the quality of the products and food was outstanding!

It s unforgettable feeling like you are in city of Switzerland but having resort facilities. Like the smell of amenities and whole ambiance of the hotel. You feel home at La Reserve accomodations. Now I do not know which is my favourite: paris , Zurich of Geneve. They all so different, love them all.

Floatinn is a boat located in Geneva, in a harbour facing the famous Jet d'Eau waterfountain. It offers a sun terrace on the deck with an outdoor seating area and beautiful views of Lake Geneva.

This was, and still is, the most exquisite getaway of my life. Endless gratitude to Sarah, Giuliano, and Jean-Luc for their impeccable hospitality. Kindness, genuine care, and thoughtful attention — the hallmarks of this remarkable team. Every detail — from the morning coffee to the breathtaking views and perfect location — exceeded all expectations. When I return to Geneva, there is no question: this is the only place I will stay. A true gem. And the most gracious, elegant hosting team I’ve ever encountered. They even arranged a private boat tour and personally ensured I reached the other side of the lake in comfort and style. Choosing this hotel was the best decision I could have made. My warmest recommendations — with all my heart. I only regret one thing: I left in such a rush, I didn’t leave a tip. It weighs on me.
