The breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly and the location couldn't have been more convenient. One minute walk to the train/bus station, very easy with luggage and there was a lift at the hotel too.

I loved my stay at Hotel Kernen ! Close to railway station & walking distance to ski field. Very welcoming hotel & staff were amazing - Bruno the owner made a huge effort with his guests & is a lovely person. Meals in the restaurant were divine . Highly recommend to stay here rather than in Gstaad town centre.

We had a penthouse suite which was very comfortable and lovely view. Hotel lobby restaurant/bar is super cozy. Had a massage and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely decor. Just a wonderful stay all around

This is just a great place to stay. If you are willing to take the free bus for 10 minutes to Gstaad, you end up in a place that has better views, a wonderful community and a really good local restaurant.

Quite simply, our best ever hotel experience! This is a wonderful hotel made so by the delightful team of friendly and caring people who made us feel so welcome. There are so many positives, including the breathtaking menus at breakfast, lunch and dinner, not forgetting the delicious afternoon cakes!
