Cleanliness is 11/10. Any item you may need is present, from the kitchen to shoe horns and shoe brushes. An amazing view from the living room is just the beginning. This property is also a feat of engineering! The rooftop view is incredible and a true interpretation of why people visit Switzerland and Luzern. The host is available and extremely helpful. Absolutely 11/10 in every way.

Location was great, just leisurely 15 minute walk, from railway station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Being a capsule hotel I was surprised to see the broad age range of clients staying at the hotel which was a positive thing in my opinion. Simple instructions to gain entry from outside hotel, entrance to bedroom door and capsule.. Bathroom very clean and great supplies of toiletries etc. Great chill out lounge area with access to tapped still, sparking and chilled water and a kettle. Breakfast looked great but I didn't purchase it.
