My stay at the hotel was nothing short of delightful and memorable. From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service that instantly made me feel welcome. The room itself exceeded my expectations in every way possible. It was impeccably clean, well-furnished, and boasted stunning views of the surrounding lake. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep amd two additional small pillows greatly improved the quality of sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities were great too, like the soundproof walls and quiet-flushing toilet. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was an absolute pleasure. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and attention to detail truly set it apart from others. The property is set in a stunning area. Whilst Switzerland in general is extremely picturesque, you cannot beat the views which are on your door stop. You are set on Lake Zug with views of the surrounding mountains. Whilst slightly off the beaten track it is easy accessible with the train station a short 5 minute walk away with good connections. Not that you’d know because you don’t hear the trains! You can swim in the pool or take a swim in the lake or even better… paddle boarding! The outdoor area is well decorated with the sun setting down throughout the day. The property itself is designed for couples but is well designed, clean and modern. The host is happy to be contacted throughout the stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again despite being on the pricier side which I think is currently a fair value.

The location directly opposite the train and bus stations was excellent. Check in was very smooth. The room was comfortable and clean. The food choices available at breakfast catered for everyone. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful.
