I couldn’t handle the heat (I’m from colder places), the receptionist was so kind to give me ice cold water and made sure that I’m comfortable. He even prepared the room to get the temperature colder. The room was clean, staff were so sweet and I liked the place.

Hotel is a true gem in the heart of the Old Town. Hotel is very clean, cozy and quiet. Everything is thought through, so that guest feels like at home (staff remembers you and asks about your sleep, dinner, etc., the owner always meets guests in the restaurant and is very friendly), in the lobby you may treat yourself to complinentary fruits, coffee, tea and bottled water. Breakfast is top quality and you also have complimentary mini-bar. It is my best find in Zurich, and highly recommended. Thanks for a perfect stay!
