The location is perfect, close to the tram and local train and plenty of bars and restaurants. The facilities are good and very clean. The breakfast is great, also attracting people from outside. Most of all, the staff is very kind and helpfull. Highly recommended.

Clean, everything what is needed, great location, nice service

The staff at the reception were all very professional and helpful. I appreciated all the amenities in the room, complimentary coffee & cold beverages. The room was immaculate & spacious. Also, the close proximity to public transportation is Excellent. It was a very pleasant stay.

Everything was super. The staff is great, the rooms are big and comfortable. The spa, restaurants..Nothing to complain. Location is super because it is not in the city centar but very close to it by car.

Super spacious and comfortable room. Perfect bed, dark room at night, spacious bathroom, totally equipped kitchen in the room, beautifully decorated, super silent, one minute away from anything one might need and the Tram (1 minute away) goes by every 6 minutes in any direction you may need to go. Super nice staff. Easy and fast check in and check out. Amazing stay.

From our arrival, it was clear that his leadership philosophy centers on proactive guest care. Mr. Mahakumara's personal touch was evident throughout - from his daily rounds delivering room service to his genuine interest in ensuring guests' comfort, both within the hotel and during their time in Zurich. As someone who leads my own organization, I found his management style both inspiring and educational. The coordination between departments was flawless, reflecting Mr. Mahakumara's exceptional training protocols. His team, from front desk to housekeeping, maintained immaculate standards with remarkable consistency. Their ability to anticipate rather than merely react to guest needs demonstrated the superior service culture he has established. A particular incident stands out: when a fellow guest accidentally left their iPad before a same-day flight, Mr. Mahakumara personally arranged international shipping to America. This level of attentive problem-solving exemplifies his commitment to guest satisfaction. Having experienced luxury hotels worldwide, the environment Mr. Mahakumara has created is truly distinctive. He achieves the perfect balance of five-star service while maintaining an atmosphere of genuine warmth. The apartment was clean and spacious. It was easy to access from the centre. We arrived on the train and it was very easy to get about on the bus and tram. The facilities were great and we loved that there were some spices we could use to cook with, as well as a washing machine to use and a roof terrace. The hosts were great at communicating and all the instructions were helpful and easy to follow. We would definitely recommend this to others.
