Room and bathroom were spacious and cleaned every day, comfortable bed, sound isolation is very good. Amazing location, 2 min walk from the tram station and few min walk from Hardbrucke station. Would absolutely stay in this hotel again.

The staff are helpful. They answer all our questions especially how to get card for public transportation. The room is cleaned everyday. The gentleman at the restaurant is very helpful. He assisted us very much. Our flight back to AU leaves later that night. The staff allowed us to stored our luggage for a couple of hours free of charge. Thank you so much! We had a wonderful stay in Switzerland.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel is located in the industrial zone which is great connected with trams and the city center, you can get anywhere in 10-20 minutes. Staff was really kind, we had everything we needed. Room was clean, breakfast was really nice and had various options, great value for the money! Thank you 😊

Generous room size with spacious beds for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bathroom was equally spacious and excellent beds that provided the required comfort after a long day trips to the alps. Loved the breakfast spread as it was filled with choices (bread pudding was a hit with the kids) . The wonderful concierge services provided us with the right trip advice to Jungfraujoch which was the highlight of our trip. Keep up the great work team.
