The room was chic, comfortable and clean. The free mini-bar was impressive. All the staff (room, restaurant, front desk, concierage) attended to our needs very promptly and warmly. We would especially like to thank their Concierage staff (Alex and Josephine) for their excellent care for us. They even managed to book us day trips for the next day very late the evening before. We were extremely touched and thankful. We would also like to thank Hamza at the door who always had a welcoming smile when we passed him, and offered us water when we left for day trips. The location of the hotel was also great. Transportation to tourist attractions was very convenient. We will definitely return to stay on our future trips to Zurich.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful building and it is very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. All products used are of extremely high quality (soap, food). There is a spa in the hotel which one can book. The location is fabulous - just 1 minute walk from the lake and a short tram ride from the center. But the best is the super friendly staff :)!

Very clean, tasteful decor, felt brand new. Great location with lake, shops and tram stop nearby. Kitchenette was very well kitted out with everything you’d want. Nice touches in the room like games and a Bluetooth smartphone speaker for playing music. Natalie the host was incredibly helpful when we had any questions and gave us nice tips for places to visit. Seefeld is a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with great walks by the lake and just a few minutes walk to the Botanical gardens and China garden. It’s about half an hour walk to the old town.

The hotels location is perfect. Very close to the lake, within walking distance from the city centre and the tram is literally just outside the hotell when you feel like moving around the city a little faster. The staff was really kind, helpful and service minded. They really made our stay something extra ordinary. They helped buying tram tickets and really took their time in recommending different restaurants and landmarks around the city. The breakfast was nice, it didn’t have the widest selection of breakfast choices but everything was fresh and of high quality. The bircher muesli was my favourite.
