A fantastic boutique hotel, high end furnishings, super comfy bed and beddings (pillow menu!), fantastic shower, AC, complimentary minibar and chocolate truffles, nespresso machine (new type with the large capsules) high end toiletries etc…. Great service, and an incredible location - a minute walk to the lake, a minute walk to the opera house. Neighborhood is posh and quiet. Came for one night and stayed three.

Very clean, 2 blocks to a major tram line and 2 blocks the other direction to the water with a short walk to old town as well, charming decor, and helpful friendly staff. Perfect stay in Zurich and a relatively reasonable price.

Got upgraded to a double bed, which was super comfy - that comfy that it made me change plans, and i decided to sleep a bit in. Location is also great, you can take a train from the airport and be at the hotel superfast. Tasty breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.
