The man at the reception was really kind. Room and public area were clean. The hotel has a tram stop and bus stop really close and you can reach the city centre in about 20 minutes also during the night.

The location is great. It only takes around 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfy, I spent 4 nights in there during the new year, and I love here a lot. Therefore, I am planning to come back again with my family next year. 😀

Excellent services. Thanks to the welcome by Melanie. Breakfast very personalized by amazing staff. Rooms are nice and sizes too. Location is nearly perfect. Limousine driver couldn't find the hotel entry. So you need to precise In Gassen.
