Very clean and tidy. We only saw one member of staff which was just as we were leaving. She was very friendly and asked if everything had been ok. Good location close to the train station.

Wow after reading so many poor reviews I had very low expectations. However we collected the keys from the box, came up to a room that was both big, clean, bright and with a good bed and shower. Price was great for the stay and check in and check out was easy. Very happy about our stay and we will come back!

The location is close to the train station, which only take us 10 minutes from Zurich HB by foot. The building is orange and very easy to find out. Also the soundproofing is good and at night you could sleep well.
