The location was perfect to town and restaurants. The hotel was surprisingly very modern inside. The only issue we had was lack of lighting/ light in our large room. It needed more lamps or overhead lights. I like a sunny room.

The apartment is very well located, literally outside the Santa Lucia metro station, line 1. It is on the eighth floor with an incredible terrace and a direct view on Santa Lucia hill. It is very quite and the traffic is only a distant hum. The kitchen is rather small but fully equipped with a space reserved for each room in the fridge and in a cupboard.
From the apartment, the centro (Moneda, Plaza de Armas, museums…) is within walking distance and, if you don’t mind walking for 30-45 minutes, San Cristobal can also be reached on foot. Otherwise, the metro is an easy option. There are several little shops around.
Victor has been a wonderful host, giving me advice and lending me a map and a metro card (bip!) for the duration of my stay. He also walked an extra mile to help me deal with Iberia to finally be delivered my luggage 3 days after I had arrived. He can pick you up or drive you to the airport for 20 usd.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in Chile during our 2-week trip. The location could be a little strange in the night time outside, but absolutely safe inside.
The room was great in terms of size, cleanliness and the amenities provided. The bathroom is very spacious. The design inside of the hotel and in the rooms is very special.
the roof top restaurant was very good including the choice of food and drinks. The wine was great and the signature drinks were just amazing.
The staff at the front desk and in the roof top restaurant were all great! The transport to the airport early in the morning was also with very fair prices compared to other 5* hotels in Santiago.
All in all we definitely would choose it again for our next stay in Santiago.

Beautiful old palace in Santiago. Way better than a classical impersonal hotel - excelent valuenfor money.
Neighborhood is a traditional one in Santiago, but these days not the safest. Just make sure you are taken there by taxi if you come by night.

This apartment has everything you need - it’s well appointed, super clean and reasonably spacious for a city apartment. The location is a little out of town, which worked perfectly for us. It’s only approx $5-10k clp ride in Uber to get to the city centre. There aren’t many restaurants close by but Uber eats is a great option (or other food delivery services). There is a great laundry here to wash and dry clothes when travelling.
