Victor was a very good host to us. He welcomed us with a cup of coffee and gave us a nice introduction to the city. He explained us which places we should see, where we may eat, and where we should be careful :) he also helped to set up a sim card. it was very helpful for us as it is our first visit of Chile.
The room was clean and we could use dishes, coffee and tea for free.
The Appartment is conveniently located right above a metro station and opposite to the beautiful Santa Lucia hill.

Nice boutique hotel located in a quiet street in central Santiago. The Bellas Artes metro station is right around the corner. It's also walking distance to many tourist attractions. The area feels very safe, and there are many shops, markets, cafes, and restaurants nearby.
The rooms are spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The heating is with A/C and it worked well. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful.
