Breakfast was great, good fresh fruit, pastries , good coffee. Scrambled eggs were too soft/ runny, but apparently that is how South Americans prefer it since other hotels had the same. Reception always helpful and pleasant

What a gem!! This place is so comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic. Staff are extremely helpful. Paid laundry downstairs is clean. Rooftop is lovely too, but the wifi doesn’t work up there. Short walk to good restaurants, or eating in is nice and simple. We would happily stay again.

Beautiful apartments, very comfortable beds, high-quality renovation, everything is clean. There is a road nearby, and we were worried it would be noisy, but it’s very well-made, and it was very quiet. The location is great, and free parking is very convenient.

A lagoon-style swimming pool with a waterfall and a garden is offered at Mandarin Oriental, Santiago. Free parking is available.

The hotel has an incredible staff - without exception, everyone was pleasant, helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, assisted and valued. However, a special shout-out goes to each of Gustavo and Patrick at the front door, to Kimberly on the front desk, and to Diego in the Club Room, all of whose services were personally appreciated by us. This hotel is the perfect place to relax after a long flight to Chile or to wrap up a vacation there. Absolutely the best!

The accommodation was fresh and had everything we needed. Enough room for everybody, good beds and a nice balcony. The rest of the building was really nice as well and we liked the pool, sauna, gym and breakfast. On top of that the location is perfect. Next to a nice park, close to a big shopping mall and close enough to the city center to visit everything you want. To close it, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great breakfast (even though it's a small walk from the hotel the restaurant is amazing), great service people were pleasant and went above and beyond to solve our needs. The room has a good size and the location was quite amazing the neighborhood is awesome!

Lovely balcony with great city view, super responsive and kind host, location excellent. We would have stayed longer if we had not booked in Valpariso for the next evening.

Perfect location, very close to restaurants and MUT, also easily walkable to Costanera Center mall. Fully equipped and modern kitchen and a nice comfy bed. Host was super kind and always available.
