The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. the food was great at both restaurants and the breakfast spread was one of the best we have experienced anywhere. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, even at 4am when we arrived and departed. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. The restaurant staff and manager each spoke to us personally every day and asked about our stay and what we had seen or done the previous day. The front desk staff offered a late check out when they realized our flight left late in the evening. This allowed us to comfortably enjoy another full day in Santiago and rest before catching our flight.

Everything. It was a lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were a very good size and well laid out. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast, outsourced to the cafe next door, was good.
