I loved everything about the hotel: the generous and modern design of the room and the bathroom (shower and toilet had a separate door), it’s location (even though I was told that the Business district was far from everything) and the mall inside the building with tons of restaurants to chose from. The had the king room with skyline view and it was fantastic! We never stayed in a hotel where they leave you special bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush and shampoo for children. Also they gave us fresh fruit everyday! When we checked out I had left a bracelet in the room and they contacted me and informed me About that. In other hotel I would have to call. All the staff was very nice and even the ones who did not speak English so well tried really hard! We will definitely come back. my son and my husband were super surprised about the amazing gym! One of the best they have ever been too. And the large pool was also great to exercise! Everything wow about the hotel!

- Very friendly stuff - try to solve all your problems.
- The top location is in an urban district (near the CCTV). Two metro stations nearly in 3-5 mins (15-20 min to center by metro).
Clean and cozy rooms with good modern interiors.
- Smart curtains and wireless charge near the bed. Every day towels, water, snacks, and slippers change. Nice air/cool/heat condition system. Different lighting modes.
- good breakfast for non asian people (eggs, toasts, vegetables and salads). Hard to eat noodles in the morning.
- The top feature is coffe/tea spot with snacks in lounge zone.

Everything was perfect. We were incredibly well looked after by the staff. The attention to detail, from the concierge to the room cleaning, was exceptional. We could not have asked for a better stay. The facilities were beautiful and clean, and all amenities were of high quality. We didn’t want to leave.
