I loved everything about the hotel: the generous and modern design of the room and the bathroom (shower and toilet had a separate door), it’s location (even though I was told that the Business district was far from everything) and the mall inside the building with tons of restaurants to chose from. The had the king room with skyline view and it was fantastic! We never stayed in a hotel where they leave you special bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush and shampoo for children. Also they gave us fresh fruit everyday! When we checked out I had left a bracelet in the room and they contacted me and informed me About that. In other hotel I would have to call. All the staff was very nice and even the ones who did not speak English so well tried really hard! We will definitely come back. my son and my husband were super surprised about the amazing gym! One of the best they have ever been too. And the large pool was also great to exercise! Everything wow about the hotel!

- Staff named Xiao Ling or Qiao Ling, she's the best. And one guy too. They help me to order food online thru their phone coz I don't have a China Number. Xiao Ling makes the experience like it's a 5-star hotel & always greets with a smile. A positive vibes in the front desk if she's there.
