I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The room was beautifully designed and had a unique charm that made it stand out from typical hotel accommodations. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view—it perfectly captured the entire Beijing cityscape. Watching the sunrise from my room was an unforgettable experience.
The staff were also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Beijing. Can’t wait to return!

Right next to a great coffee shop where you can work all day. Staff speak English which is useful. I left a watch in the hotel and came back a week after my stay; the watch was returned. A close walk to Wangjing SOHO area, and not too far a drive from the 798 district. Good malls and other food within walking distance. Room was extremely clean. Room was serviced daily and kept tidy. Wifi was fast.
Staff were particularly helpful and friendly. Excellent service. I'm more of a "do it yourself" type of person, so I had to actively express that I did not want help with things many times. They really try to assist and make the stay comfortable.

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the last year and it far exceeds the quality of any of the other hotels in the area. All of the facilities are excellent however the thing that sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and incredibly friendly and accomodating staff. I spent a lot of time doing work and relaxing in the 26th floor executive lounge and the service is exemplary. I want to extent a special thanks to Daniel, Lisa, Jade, Lucky, Celia and Angela. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and I highly recommend the executive rooms to any who plans to stay there. The executive floor manager, Rebecca Wang, provides the best service I have ever seen in this type of hotel and I will continue to stay at the 4S in Beijing because due to the wonderful staff it feels more like a home away from home than a hotel.
