The facilities are just a dream, specially during winter time. The breakfast are just amazing! The staff very helpful and the bedrooms are for royalty but very comfortable and silent. Best location ever close to the main shopping streets.

The hotel was super nice. All the staff was really friendly and they helped us with everything. It was so nice meeting them.

The staff are exceptionally nice, attentive and very well spoken. You are greeted with a cup of coffee or tea, an introduction into the area and they accompany you to your room. While the rooms might be a bit small, you feel their care, even in the decorated hallways. The area is great as well, two metro station close by and big new mall. You can walk around the hutongs and enjoy the scenery as well. I will definitely stay here again!

After travelling over 50 countries and staying at many 5 star hotels, I can safely say this was the best most helpful and nicest staff I've ever met. Ever!
I got to the hotel, I didn't have the right cash and they paid for it! Then walked me to halal chinese restaurant and paid for it. Offered to fix my broken luggage, change my currency, print my flight details, call me a taxi, order food/meds to the room when my daughter was sick and finally helped coordinate. My great wall tour, making tons of calls. I have never experienced anything better. Oh they also have a great breakfast, made it halal friendly for us, didn't charge extra when my daughter wanted more hashbrowns, they also packed us some snacks to go for our flight
The room is very clean, and you have great shower pressure.
Close to tianmenn square and huge walking/shopping street
