Very nice hotel, the staff was very helpful and we had a great time. The breakfast was the best I have ever seen. The rooms were clean and every day the staff was cleaning them. Special thanks to the trainee guy in the reception. He was very helpful. Also, the metro station is very close to the hotel. We recommend this place for sure!

We stayed at this hotel with friends for a couple of nights in Beijing. We were kindly welcomed at check-in. Large, bright rooms and helpful staff assisted us with our excessive luggage (10 bags were lifted manually, as there is no elevator in the building) and helped us contact the travel company via their personal cellphones when we had logistical problems with the flight schedules.
Throughout our stay, the staff were exceptionally caring and attentive: it was very sweet that they always asked how our day had been, how we slept, and whether we would like some tea. The hotel provides complimentary delicious tea and bottled water, which we truly appreciated. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts; they were tasty, well-prepared, and a perfect start to the day.
After check-out, we were wished a good flight and surprised with small gifts and joyful smiles, which left a wonderful final impression.

The hotel was a simple one, but the service was really a tad too great that it didn’t matter that the room was simple. The staff were so welcoming and hospitable, and they really put your happiness and interest at heart. Will definitely miss this place and will so be happy to stay here again when I have the next chance to visit Beijing again

Very early check in was free. Professional, precise and kind staff. Very good location, near the lama temple (by walk 1,5 km) and Forbidden city. The staff speak in englis very good. Best rate price/value. Delicious breakfast. Free high quality coffe (italian, made from coffe been) and high quality black and green tee all day. The beddings are very clean. Every day cleaning and towel changeing.
