The Hotel and the staff were amazing, so helpful and kind to us during our stay.
The rooms were clean, comfortable and big!
The food at the restaurant was amazing, great to get a taste of Sichuan food, and also appreciated the voucher for the restaurant as well as the free snacks in the room.
The location is great, very close to the subway station and on a beautiful street filled with traditional architecture, and it was Lit incredibly in the night.

The hotel is great with the service and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is ok too, there isn’t a shopping centre around, but it is close to the city centre. The concierge staff, September is amazing with her services and bring the service to the next level. It is definitely an asset to the hotel. No regret at all to stay at this hotel. I had dinner at Lixuan Chinese Restaurant, Stella who served us was great. I would like to recognise both September and Stella. Please pass my recognition to them and hopefully the hotel will show the appreciation to them.
