We got an early check-in with free upgrade to a high rise room with great view over the city, complementary fruit platter, it was a huge apartment, the mattress was comfy, the bathroom products were high quality, the pool was superb decorated and not crowded at all, the complex is in a central position.

It is exactly as they say, like living in your own apartment plus the benefits of a hotel. The staff is so kind. Everything is near and lots of option for food around. Wondeful views of the city and the entrance to the metro is just downstairs !

We stay in this hotel for 1 week . It is great in city location close to everything . Hotel is very clean and staff in this hotel is great. My son left his jewellery after check out , the staff LAN LAN , is very kind and helpful. She helped us to find it and also keep it safe for us . We feel like it is a great hotel to stay ! Thanks Leilei 蕾蕾 for the service. The staffs are polite and efficient. You can call food delivery and they will send your food directly to your doorstep. The loft suite provided the washer cum with dryer, facilities are superb. The cleaner is also very considerate and provided me with a glasses cloth.
