This has been so far the best hotel I’ve come across during my travels in China. The hotel is beautifully designed in an old Chinese fashion. The location is also convenient as it takes only about 3 minutes to the subway station. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Part of the hotel is also a restaurant serving delicious local dishes. However special thanks belong to the staff! They all speak perfect English and are amazingly helpful with everything you need. Their manager even helped me as I struggled with ordering the food in the restaurant as I speak no Chinese. Thank you again!

Big room, very clean. The staff is very friendly and some can speak English. Big breakfast buffet with both chinese and western dishes and fresh coffee was served to the table.

Staying at the Ritz while visiting Chengdu was probably the best hotel decision we could have taken. It is well known that this hotel has impeccable service, great locations and offers a luxury experience and we were not disappointed. All the staff member spoke very good English. We were very nicely greeted and the staff was very friendly, open and talkative. The breakfast has a big variety of western and chinese cuisine. The Ritz is right at the center of Chengdu which made getting to different places easy. The room was spacious and very comfortable even for three people in one room. After we checked out we found out our flight was canceled and one staff member sat down with us and helped us sort everything out. As non Chinese speakers we relied on help and she called the airline for us and explained to us, what has happened. We would definitely recommend this hotel! A special thanks to Ankita, Kiki and TT who made our stay in Chengdu even more memorable.

Very close to the subway exit (with elevator). Nice city view from the rooms. Breakfast worths a try, especially given the fact that it is a reasonably priced 50 RMB per person. The staff is pretty nice. The spicy hotpot （蜀大俠）nearby is fantastic too.

The location was very central within the town and metro station is just within short walking distance (<100m). City view is awesome. Top notch cleanliness with daily cleaning service available. Assistance to any requests for the room were provided timely by the owner. Owner also provided very clear information and instructions on how to gain access into the apartment.
