The staff from the hotel was really great! From the moment i booked the hotel they have been increadibly helpful with my many questions to prepare for the trip. Quite some staff speaks english very well. Frank has helped me a lot, giving great suggestions on where to go! He also booked us a free taxi back to our airport and we received a panda plushy! Zoe and Kimberly also helped us greatly by explaining many things such as a simcard and our cooking workshop! The hotel does cooking workshops as well and i got to request my favorite sichuan dishes. The hotel also has a great central location making it easy to get around. The room was clean and very atmospheric, the hotel overall looked beautiful.

Great location on a very nice street, next to a park, Sichuan Opera House is one minute walk away! The hotel itself is clean, modern and stylish, the breakfasts are good, there were very tasty flower cakes in the room as a compliment when I checked in. I would like to highlight the work of one member of staff with excellent English, she magically appeared every time when needed and helped with everything, thank you!

I loved almost everything about this hotel, from the large airy reception with exceptionally friendly reception staff, the upgraded one bedroom suite, and especially the convenient location, within walking distance of many of the main city centre attractions. I took the opportunity to sign up as a Dorsett member, for future stays.

What impressed me most about this hotel was the service. From check-in to check-out, every employee is careful and enthusiastic. They gave me a detailed map and recommendations of nearby scenic spots, such as Wuhou Temple and Jinli Ancient Street. The room is spacious and the bathroom is well equipped.
