The happy mood of the staff was contagious. They were most friendly, courteous and helpful especially Sophie who spent a lot of time helping us with our bookings as well as the lovely ladies at the reception counter. There was a good selection of food items for breakfast and the staff even remembered our coffee preferences.

Very nice place to stay, room was clean and nice. People were also very helpful and kind. We had to leave early to visit the Giant Panda and miss our breakfast, luckily they gave us some small breakfast bag for take away. That was very kind.

I loved this place! Location is close to metro station, convenience store nearby. The room was small but efficient and very stylish. The hotel also provides necessities like shampoo, water, little snacks. Breakfast was good too, different options day by day. The best was management here: very nice and sweet and helpful!

The room was great: clean, spacious, elegant, and comfortable. The hotel is in the city center and it’s close to the main metro stations. The service was great as well, the staff was helpful with all the requests we had. The lady at the reception helped us with booking our next accommodation since we don’t speak Chinese.
