Staff was friendly, extremely helpful and patient. Location in the middle of old town, lots of restaurants, shops, etc. We loved living in an historical preserved courtyard house. Breakfast was ok, local warm cooked food as well as bread. Local coffee was very good.

Good location to visit old Dali. Close to ropeway/cablecars to explore mountains. Lots of restaurants withon walking distance. Excellent english speaking staff that provided useful practical info!

The hotel is brand new and beautifully decorated. The room has a modern vibe, with excellent facilities—spacious, comfortable, and extremely satisfying to stay in. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. The location is great: peaceful despite being in a lively area, and it's easy to get to various nearby attractions by ride-share service or taxi.

Sits just on the edge of the old city. Modern and a lovely open space with bar to relax in.
The staff were amazing, especially the young English speaking girl, I was making my way to TLG to hike abd she ordered electrolytes for me, and when my Taxi didn't turn up she ordered another and explained I could miss my train so please could he drive fast! He did, and I made the train. She was amazing.

It is a beautiful guesthouse and offers both comfort and peace in the middle of the vibrant ancient city. It has enoguh space to sit on the balcony. The owner is super friendly, does superb communication via wechat, gave us recommendations on getting around and sight-seeing and helped us renting bicycles. We could not have hoped for better hospitality. Also, we were able to do our laundry, which is a nice bonus on top of everything.
