Clean, courteous staff, centrally located, metro station and convenience stores are nearby. Special thanks to the General Manager of the hotel Ms Wuxia who went over & beyond to help us in our time of desperation with alipay not working, no cash in hand and communication issue with our taxi driver. We are sad to not have seen you again to thank you in person, your professionalism and grace with how you handled the situation leaves lasting impression and we cant thank you enough. Will definitely recommend this hotel to families with young kids as the hotel offers special rooms furnished with toys and other objects of interest for kids.

I am particularly satisfied with the overall check-in experience of Kai Style Hotel. The front desk provides free luggage storage and wake-up service. High service efficiency. The room is clean and tidy, the height of the bed is appropriate, and the space is large. The restaurant is clean and reassuring to eat. It is very cost-effective. I often come to the front desk with good service attitude. Free shopping bags and traffic maps are provided. The lighting and ventilation in the room are very good, and the ventilation effect is good. The quilt is soft, the sleep is very comfortable, the air conditioning effect is strong, and the ideal temperature is reached soon. The mobile phone signal is strong, free WiFi, there are many flavors of breakfast, and the choice of food is strong. The front desk service is professional, the window of the room is large, and the makeup mirror is also lit. The breakfast dishes taste good and there are many kinds. The location is convenient, there are a lot of food around, and the transportation is very convenient.

Would stay here again with family & friends. Stayed here for 7 days on a "foodie" tour. The strong benefit is located very near to every good restaurants, ( reasonably priced with excellent cuisine), shopping malls and easy access to all touristy spots by metro ( which is a 5 mins walk away).The staff need an extra special call out especially "Mr. Choi " (calls himself "Bug Troy",he was so genuinely friendly and helpful. He explained clearly about all the hotel amenities including air condition operation. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were exceelent. Best to stay in a "no window" room....cost efficient!
