I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton! The staff (Alin)were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. My stay was absolutely phenomenal, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt like a VIP. The reception team was so welcoming and warm, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. They were attentive to every little detail and made sure I had all the information I needed, plus they offered helpful local tips with a genuine smile. A special mention must go to the personal assistant, who made my stay truly unforgettable. She studied in Switzerland and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I could possibly need, from personalized activity suggestions to making sure my room was always perfect. Every day, there was a delightful surprise waiting for me at the entrance — whether it was a unique local experience, a thoughtful gesture. It was such a lovely touch that really made me feel special. The room was nothing short of perfection — not only beautifully designed, but every little detail was meticulously thought out. It was clear that this hotel truly cares about its guests' comfort and happiness. This hotel is a true gem, and I honestly can't wait to return. The level of service, the attention to detail, and the warm hospitality made it a stay to remember. If you're looking for a place where you feel truly taken care of, This is the perfect choice. The Jumeirah Hotel was impeccable. But the quality of a hotel is not only about the interiors, amenities, services. I think that the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are very important. My main wonderful memories of staying at the hotel are connected with the help of the concierge Hans. We simply asked him to order a taxi to the airport. He found out that our flight was cancelled. Thus, we could not fly to Shanghai and did not have time for our flight to Madrid. For almost an hour he was in touch with the airport, the airline and rebooked all our tickets. In the end, we accidentally found out that his working hours had long ended, but until he helped us, he did not leave. We are very grateful to him! And we have wonderful memories of the Jumeirah Hotel.
