Clean, courteous staff, centrally located, metro station and convenience stores are nearby. Special thanks to the General Manager of the hotel Ms Wuxia who went over & beyond to help us in our time of desperation with alipay not working, no cash in hand and communication issue with our taxi driver. We are sad to not have seen you again to thank you in person, your professionalism and grace with how you handled the situation leaves lasting impression and we cant thank you enough. Will definitely recommend this hotel to families with young kids as the hotel offers special rooms furnished with toys and other objects of interest for kids.

The hotel is located right opposite Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center, just a 3-minute walk away.
When we checked in early in the morning, Xiao Luo at the front desk provided excellent service and warmly arranged a room for us. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The guest room was well-equipped with ample space; the mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable. The bathroom had a wet-dry separation design and was meticulously cleaned. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the room was well-ventilated with a window. There was also a small refrigerator in the room, which was convenient for us to store items that needed cooling—every detail was well thought out.
Breakfast was served on the 11th floor from 7:00 to 11:00. It offered a rich variety of delicious food, including dim sum, soybean milk, steamed buns, bread, and rice noodles. My favorites were the rice noodles and coffee, which filled me with energy for the whole day. Highly recommended to everyone staying in Guangzhou!

I had a pleasant holiday in Guangzhou. The Baiyun Hotel is in a good location. What makes people linger is the buffet breakfast on the 30th floor and the thoughtful service of Mr. Clerk at the front desk. The room and floor services are also very good, and there is plenty of free mineral water on the floor.
