The staffs are very polite and friendly. We requested for an ashtray in our room and they explained that the hotel is non-smoke hotel but they upgraded our room to a sea view suite with balcony so that we can smoke at the balcony instead. So sweet of them 🤗

Melissa was amazing, she spoke excellent English and helped me discover places to visit in the city. She was incredibly kind and truly made my stay special. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, with a spacious room and an excellent restaurant. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I had a fantastic experience!

The location is superb..close to city center and great views over river. The room..the facilities..the staff..couldn't be faulted ..all 5 star. Everyone ..the staff..very friendly and helpful with a special shout out for Joan Li and Tiffany. Joan awesome helper and good English. I've spent many years in china ..and Hainan too..and this the best hotel experience I have ever had!!!

The room is specious, clean & more than enough. The food hall & the variety of food was extra ordinary. I am a fussy eater, but there where lots of choices even for people like me. The hygiene of the place is on another level 👌 this is important to me more than anything & it exceeded my experience. The out side space & the beauty of the greenery is beautiful beyond words can express ❤️

Great place to stay in Haikou. The room was spacious and clean, and walking distance to markets and the old town. They provide a useful map with key places to go - this was great especially as we couldn’t use google maps.

The personnel was very helpful, for example they came out of the hotel and paid for my taxi when I got there the first time since I had no yuan nor wechat. The hotel is quite comfortable and clean.
