The owner was extremely friendly and lovely! Downstairs there are lots of musical instruments which you can use. The location is quite close to lake Xihu. The whole area is gorgeous, you can tell people are taking care of their houses and environment, just a pleasure to walk around! The room was clean, with towels, hairdryer, all needed bathroom appliances (even toothbrushes) and a balcony. Perfect match for quality/price

Hospitality in its fullest sense. We can’t put into words how well we were taken care of. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was perfectly arranged. She even gave me a small gift for Women’s Day. It truly warms my heart that someone with such passion and love wants to pamper us. She makes the entire breakfast herself—super fresh and absolutely delicious. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, we could only stay for one night, but we hope to return soon. It was simply fantastic!

This hotel was the best! It had a mini fridge, curtains you could control with buttons (and maybe words but we don’t speak Mandarin so we couldn’t figure this out) and a toilet with a remote control. The decor was very nice, the bed super comfy, and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. There was a free laundry service and we had the breakfast one day which was also good. The hotel is also in walking distance from West Lake, and has a shop across the street.
