The location was a short didi ride from Hangzhou East train station. Furthermore, the hotel was very close to the Fengqi Road train station as well. we loved the location as it was just a short walk to the Wulin Night market and many food and attractions were nearby as well. The hotel staff were very kind and provided us with excellent service. Had a pleasant experience as I was able to communicate with staff easily using the message function from booking.com , the staff were able to help us with a time extension as we were stuck in traffic before checking out as well. thank you to the team for the excellent stay and services rendered. will definitely stay here again when I am visiting Hangzhou. The rooms were spacious and clean, USB ports were available together with the wall sockets and made it super easy to charge my devices.

The Four Seasons at the West Lake is a wonderful structure, set in a beautiful traditional garden, on the banks of the West Lake in Hangzhou. We appreciated quite a lot the peaceful atmosphere and the proximity to the gardens on the West Lake. Our room was huge, with a view on the hotel pond and garden. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to support in any way. Both dining options available are great, with food of high quality, impeccable service and beautiful atmosphere. Altogether it was a wonderful stay, we hope to be back soon.

The owner, Vivian, makes your stay truly feel like home. She is like a caring family member who waits for you every morning in the kitchen with a freshly prepared breakfast, gives you tips and recommendations for sightseeing depends on your needs and preferences. She is very pleasant to communicate. The home itself also is not like a typical hotel. The space is warm, cozy, have all necessary. If you come with a huge and heavy luggage it’s better communicate it in advance to be provided the room on the first floor! There are also a couple of good coffee specialty shops just around the corner. Highly recommended!!

Beds were comfy in the dorms, AC is good. The bathrooms are clean with good ventilation and water pressure. Everything you need is provided here including laundry services, Some good social areas they do organize activities to make new friends and we went out for drinks
