The location is beautiful and it has easy access to many wonderful restaurants. We were able to walk to a gorgeous botanical garden just around the corner, and West Lake is a nice walking distance. We had a comfortable stay overall and the price was very reasonable. The hosts Lily and Jason were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt very looked after.

The owner, Vivian, makes your stay truly feel like home. She is like a caring family member who waits for you every morning in the kitchen with a freshly prepared breakfast, gives you tips and recommendations for sightseeing depends on your needs and preferences. She is very pleasant to communicate.
The home itself also is not like a typical hotel. The space is warm, cozy, have all necessary.
If you come with a huge and heavy luggage it’s better communicate it in advance to be provided the room on the first floor!
There are also a couple of good coffee specialty shops just around the corner.
Highly recommended!!

Beds were comfy in the dorms, AC is good. The bathrooms are clean with good ventilation and water pressure. Everything you need is provided here including laundry services, Some good social areas they do organize activities to make new friends and we went out for drinks

FANTASTIC stay. Favourite one for our 2 week China trip.
Staff are super helpful and friendly. Can get food delivered to hotel and robot brings it to your door. Rooms are beautiful, clean and tastefully designed. Free laundry service that is finished by hotel staff if you are out so you do not have to wait around. Most beautiful location (taxi can get there and turn around in front - continue past the barricade area). Beautiful, lush forest and walks at your doorstep. Didi always services this area, close to tea fields, food options, lake walks - cannot recommend it enough so I'm going to keep going! Air purifier/humidifier in room, not needed in this area in my opinion but is a bonus. Snacks and drinks topped up free daily. Breakfast option is AMAZING. Have it even if you aren't hungry, its so good. This place was sublime and such good value for money - book it. If you value nature, beautiful forests and food, this is the place to be.
