Wonderful hotel! It was very clean with great location near the Longmen station. The receptionists and housekeeping were very nice and helpful. Thank you for the fast reaction! The hotel has very modern finished with a very relax ambience . Rooms are big n clean. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast was awesome, great variety of local food and western, bean coffee etc One of the top hotel in Luoyang. Really enjoyed my stay at Luoyang.

Everything was wonderful. The structure is beautiful, the breakfast is excellent, but most of all the women who run the place are incredibly kind and welcoming. Just to share something that happened to us: we were having trouble booking tickets for a museum, so we contacted them on WeChat, and they took care of the reservation for us. They really went above and beyond. Bonus: they have two adorable cats! Breakfast is served in the room—they bring it in the morning at the time you choose. They were extremely thoughtful with us and made a few small adjustments to make it more suitable for our Western tastes (though the Chinese-style breakfast was also delicious). 谢谢 (xièxiè)

Rooms are very nice & clean. Breakfast is really good, way better than what I expected. Building is nice, very good restaurant just next to the hotel.
