Very friendly and accomodating staff. The facilities were top-notch. They felt brand new and of good quality. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and very clean. This is perhaps the best hotel of its calibre that I've stayed in in China.

Room was upgraded - instead of sea view I got large suite. It was suitable as for business, as for rest. There was good view to part of the beach. Possibility to walk on the beach - additinal pleasure. Breakfast was probably on of the best I tried in China.

The location is right at the center of Qingdao. You can find shopping mall, street food in walking distance. The receptionist didnt speak english but they tried really hard to help you with anything you need. Lu Yao - the receptionist was so so nice, she helped me to book a taxi and even help me to pay by her app so we can get cheapest price. Everyone is so friendly too. The room was spacious, buffet breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

Apart from the neatness of the hotel, the staff are super friendly despite the language barrier. A particular guy stood out among them Lorrian, he made me feel at home as he bridge the language barrier and did everything to make me feel comfortable. It was a 5 star experience

Hotel in the city center, very close to the sea. Very close to shops, restaurants. The underground railway station is almost next to the hotel. Breakfast ok, room clean. Very friendly and professional staff. Upon arrival they upgraded my room and upon departure they allowed me to check out late at 3:00 PM. They also offer free beer, tea, coffee in the lobby. I will return to this hotel, so I recommend it to all visitors to this beautiful city. Considering the price, it is a top choice.
